The Identity Workflow Analyst will serve as the primary provisioning IAM analyst for the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. In this role the analyst defines and documents release scope and objectives based on stakeholder and end-user needs, federal requirements, and industry best practices. The analyst will apply their knowledge of the IAM identity and provisioning services and functionality to document EHRM use cases, enterprise service requirements, and integration requirements.
This position is 100% virtual/work-from-home
The responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain IAM – EHRM Requirements Specification documents, integration Requirements Specification documents, and integration system design documents
- Lead IAM-EHRM integration analysis
- Coordinate elaboration of IAM - EHRM service requests to include meeting with EHRM applications, documenting use cases, and documenting requirements
- Develop and maintain IAM – EHRM use cases and activity diagrams
- Provide support to the IAM VA PMs for business and development/integration meetings
- Maintain requirements and requirements traceability in JIRA and the GitHub tool
- Support development of IAM-EHRM information briefings
- Support IAM - EHRM functionality demonstrations
Qualifications
Required knowledge/experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical discipline.
- At least 8 year’s experience (preferably within the Department of Veteran Affairs) analyzing business and user needs and translating those needs into requirements specifications.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, UML, building Use Cases for and applying testability against requirements and specifications.
- Competency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, and ServiceNow, GitHub, and JIRA.
- Good communications, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment
Desired Skills:
- VA clearance (Public Trust) and access
- Experience with VA Identity and Access Management identity functionality and integration processes
- Familiarity with Git Hub and JIRA
Target salary range: $105,001 - $115,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
