Identity Systems Security Engineer, Principal

Blackbaud is looking for an experienced Principal Identity Systems Security Engineer to join our organization and help drive the enterprise identity strategy forward.As a member of the Cyber Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and be responsible for managing the single sign-on solution (SS0) and Azure Directory implementations and adoption strategies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in Active Directory, IAM, cloud and with multi-factor authentication solutions.In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, optimization and security enhancements.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage enterprise SSO solution to ensure seamless access to Blackbaud applications

• Maturing Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) implementations and identity proofing strategies to reduce risk and improve identity practices

• Serve as a catalyst to accelerate adoption of identity initiatives

• Design, maintain and update GPO and OUs,aligning with the principal of least privilege and support Privilege Access Management program.

• Conduct health and security assessments on Identity Systems/infrastructure.

• Manage enterprise identity cloud directories including Microsoft Azure AD (in partnership with CorpIT)

• Lead troubleshooting efforts in support of incidents related to SSO and MFA (in partnership with CorpIT)

• Create and/or maintain detailed architectural documents, playbooks, and runbooks

• Drive integration, centralization, and automation of identity tools.

What we'd like you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell for automation

• Industry recognized professional certification

• 8+ years' experience in identity access management roles

• 8+ years' experience with Public Cloud and Active Directory

• Possesses effective communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working in matrix teams and solo projects/efforts

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and high stress situation

The starting base pay is $117,200.00 to $157,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
