Identity & Access Management (Iam) Analyst

Work Schedule: 

This is a remote position, 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, typically between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; oncall rotation will be discussed during the interview process. Applicants hired into this position can work from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst who has: 

• An understanding and appreciation for the critical organizational need of identity and access Life-Cycle Management.
• Experience managing Identity Access Management (IAM) services, including account creation, provisioning, deprovisioning, and auditing for a large variety of computer systems. Primary systems include, but are not limited to Active Directory Users and Computers, Microsoft Office, MicroFocus, and Identity Manager.
• Analytical skills to design, deploy, and manage role-based access controls. 
• Excellent customer service skills to support staff with mobile device management (MDM) and multifactor authentication enrollment. 
• Experience conducting Role Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis, gathering business requirements, creating documentation, and designing and implement roles within the organization's IAM Infrastructure and framework

Education:

Minimum - Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below)

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum -

• Demonstrated success using Active Directory or Identity and Access management tools
• Demonstrated success administrating Identity Management and Access
• Demonstrated success with the development of workflows and documentation related to identity and Access Management.

Preferred - 3 years relevant work experience and software experience: Active Directory, Microsoft O365, ServiceNow or Identity and Access management applications

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - 

Preferred - Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Microsoft Outlook or Azure, or other IAM tools
