Responsible for user Access Management and support and creating, modifying and terminating accounts for multiple complex computer applications, directories and domains. Responsibilities include participating in regular IT audits; participating in IT meetings; troubleshooting and resolving complex problems with minimal assistance; gathering information from multiple sources; analyzing and summarizing the information to draw conclusions and make decisions to ensure appropriate access is provisioned and maintained in compliance with audit and privacy requirements. The employee must assimilate customer requirements and utilize standard IT, audit and privacy methodologies when provisioning access. The position is largely self-directed working within a general framework established by management. The employee will be required to access information considered "confidential and protected" by the organization to determine appropriate user access. Participation in 24/7 on-call rotation. The employee must comply with all relevant policies and procedures related to user access and disclosure of this information and policies related to the security of the organization's information systems.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent with three years of full-time applicable work experience or a bachelor's degree with one year of relevant full-time experience. However, an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant full-time work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Working knowledge of the information technology field.
- Access management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience using software applications (word processing, spreadsheets and databases) preferred.
- Must have strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written).
