ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Perm

CTTX Health is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. As an ICU RN, you will play a crucial role in providing critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions.

In this role, you will assess and monitor patients, administer medications, perform interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. You will also provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or similar setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
