Job Description
Position Title: ICT Manager, Field Service - Region Americas
Position Overview
- Manage a team of local ICT Field Service members at various company locations in the Americas region.
- Responsible for ICT Field Support and local IT Infrastructure at company locations in US, Mexico and Brazil.
- Manage escalations for IT Incidents and Service Requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with Corporate Infrastructure and Application teams to implement global standardized systems and applications.
- Manage IT-Business relationship at each Plant and Warehouse by providing regular updates and advice on IT related topics.
- Lead the local team to manage the local ICT Infrastructure and applications at each site.
- Manage Disaster Recovery Planning at all sites in the region. Ensure IT Server Rooms are maintained with appropriate fire protection, air conditioning, power and connectivity.
- Utilize ITSM (ITIL) guidelines using ServiceNow to provide excellent support to all users in the region.
- Manage IT Projects & demand from the sites in the region.
- Manage the ICT local budget and provide cost transparency for ICT costs.
- Work closely with Purchasing, Vendors, and IT service providers to ensure controlled and timely control of ICT equipment and Services.
- Monitor and manage ICT Assets, their life cycle and ensure they are standard, compliant, and maintained.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of relevant experience in a multi-site manufacturing organization.
- Experience as an ICT Manager leading a team of ICT personnel.
- Experience in ICT Infrastructure: Windows Servers, Networking, Server Rooms and Windows 10 Desktop/Laptop environment.
- Proficient at researching/searching for IT solutions to resolve problems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Project Management preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree required in computer science or a related field.
- Experienced or trained in ITIL processes (IT Service Management).
- Ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels in the organization.
- Position is onsite at one of company locations below, not eligible for remote work.
