Ice Cream Server / Milkshake Maker

The Legendairy Milkshake Bar is now hiring for FULL TIME and PART TIME shifts.

We mostly have available shifts during nights and weekends.

The positions you will learn are:

• Cashier
• Ice Cream Scoopers
• Milkshake Blenders
• Shake Decorators
• Runners
• Bussers / Dining Room Attendants

These are our various positions, but all team members will rotate jobs throughout the week, so you’ll get to experience all the different positions and never get bored of doing the same thing. This allows for more fun and keeps the energy going (which makes work go by faster).

Who we are looking for:

Hardworking, high energy, positive thinking, friendly, LEADERS who understand how to give excellent customer service and can work in a fast paced, TEAM environment. The ideal candidates will have flexible schedules – we can generally work around school hours and other commitments - must be available on the weekends. Previous Ice Cream, coffee, or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Our available shifts are:

Closing (4:30p - Midnight) - Monday thru Sunday

Opening (10 am-5:15 pm) - Monday thru Sunday

Mid shifts (12p - 5:15p) or (2pm-12a) - WEEKENDS ONLY

We've been open since 2018 (5 years) and now we have two other Legendairy locations in other cities (New Orleans and Miami Beach). We love all of our team members and have built our business on mutual appreciation and respect.

Job Specifics:

Job Type – Full Time & Part Time

Required Experience - at least 18 years of age. Please do not apply if you are younger than 18 years old, or your application will be immediately rejected. Our shifts do not match up with what is required by TN Child Labor Laws.

Average Salary – $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (base pay + tips). Tips are greater on the weekends, as those are our busiest times.

Base Pay - Entry Level - $13.00 per hour + TIPS

Tips average $6-$9 per hour additional - Yes, this is true. We've been opened for 5 years in Nashville, and our tips always average between $6-$9, depending on the season. Summer, Spring Break, and Christmas are our busiest seasons!
