```Duties```
- Operate Ice Cream making equipment and machinery
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving customers, and answering inquiries about the Ice Cream products
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and sales techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Tips are customary in our shop. Must be able to work on weekends and weekdays. Must be able to operate an oven.
