QinetiQ US is seeking a Business Analyst to provide support to cyber security and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) programs for a federal client. This position supports the Department of Transportation’s (DOT’s) Office of Cybersecurity Information Protection and the ICAM Program Management Office (PMO).
The Office of Cybersecurity and Information Protection manages the DOT Cybersecurity and Privacy Programs and has primary oversight responsibility for all Departmental compliance with internal and external related cybersecurity and privacy policy, laws, and best practices.
- Standardize and manage processes for streamlined program management.
- Utilize technical solutions (including MS PowerApps, SharePoint) for data analysis, visualizations, and dashboard management.
- Provide technical analysis of system utilization.
- Ensure compliance of policies and regulations.
- Provide monthly reporting, analysis, reports, narratives and justifications for operational programs and systems.
- Assist with requirements definition.
- Identify and develop automated operational processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Degree in business or organizational management)
- Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in federal government.
- Utilization of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Sharepoint, and Power-BI, a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic and critical thinker
- Ability to maintain a security clearance from the U.S. government.
Preferred Qualifications:
- DOT experience
- Demonstrated familiarity with Identity, Credential, and Access Management principles
