This is a permanent, full-time position based at our facility in Maine.
Role Overview
As an IC Lab Technical Lead, you will be working with the Lab manager to load balance and schedule service orders through the IC Lab.

Role Overview
As an IC Lab Technical Lead, you will be working with the Lab manager to load balance and schedule service orders through the IC Lab.
Role Requirements
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Liaison between the IC Lab personnel and the Lab Manager.
- Fully trained in all standard protocols used in the IC Lab.
- Capable of training others in all protocols.
- Point person within the lab for staff in other departments, such as Sales and Quality Assurance Department.
- Authorized to review and approve other technicians' work.
- Authorized to communicate directly with Customers and Service Providers to assist Lab Manager in coordination of Projects and laboratory activities.
- Assists Lab Manager in coordination lab workflow and delegating tasks and responsibilities.
- Participates in process development efforts, identifying areas which might benefit from improvements and helping to design and implement studies.
- Identifies issues within the Lab and develop troubleshooting plans for addressing them.
- Relied upon for non-standard protocols and projects.
