We are a Tier-3 cannabis producer/processor looking to expand our production/processing crew! At Lifted Cannabis Company we strive to consistently provide top shelf/premium cannabis products to the I-502 recreational market. We are looking for dedicated, devoted, goal-oriented individuals, with good communication skills, who like working with a team to accomplish goals and are willing to work in other areas of our facility if necessary (Trim, Packaging, Joints, Oil Concentrates, etc.).

THIS POSITION MAY ENTAIL THE FOLLOWING:

• Processing: Assisting with the completion of packaged in preparation for Sale and Delivery.
• Labeling/Barcoding of packaged products including (Flower, Pre-roll Joints, Infused Pre-rolls, Oil concentrates, etc.) in accordance to i-502 regulations and Lifted Cannabis Co. standard operating procedures (SOP). (Daily quotas implements after first 2 weeks)
• Cleaning and upkeep of personal workspace, tools, and work areas.
• Employee will be subject to cross-training in other departments as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Must have excellent attendance and professionalism
• Ability to focus during repetitive tasks. Hand and finger dexterity required for extended periods
• Consistent hand-eye coordination and excellent attention to detail
• Demonstration of solid math/reasoning skills, and takes initiative when performing daily tasks
• Must be a team player with a strong spirit of cooperation and ability to communicate
• Must be willing and able to follow Standard Operating Procedures accurately and adapt to changes in processes as we grow
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check (excluding marijuana related charges)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS

• Minimum 1+ year of previous I-502 cannabis production experience (preferred)
• Minimum 1+ year of Production/Manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Previous marijuana industry experience preferred with priority given to candidates with experience in WA licensed facilities
• Basic knowledge of cannabis
• High School Diploma or GED required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS

• Schedule will be Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:00pm) w/ occasional PAID Overtime
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus
• Must be able to perform and maintain focus on their tasks without being distracted by noise, other departments working in close proximity to them
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, some bending/crouching, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
• May require working rotating shifts with varied hours/day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
