Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hygiene department operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for hygiene services
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide administrative support to the dental office, including verifying insurance coverage, answering calls, processing payments and greeting patients
Requirements:
- Proficiency in dental terminology and understanding of dental office systems
- Familiarity with Dentrix software preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients and address their inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage patient records accurately

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
