Our team is looking for a future leader at the Account Executive level to support a global Financial Services and banking brand in a hybrid Project Manager + Account Executive capacity. The Account Executive position is a collaborative, team-oriented role responsible for helping maintain day-to-day account activities, from project management and planning to flawlessly executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
As part of the AMP Team, you will focus on five key areas of development as you learn the fundamentals of digital marketing:
• Project Management: You will own key project management functions such as creating and managing project timelines, scoping and managing deliverables, resource management, and risk mitigation
• Marketing: You will learn your client's business and be trained in the craft of Marketing, learning how to deliver effective integrated campaigns that meet strategic objectives
• Client Coordination and Management: You will facilitate projects with your client counterparts and develop client-ready documents such as competitive analyses, deliverables matrices, SOWs, project plans & timelines, weekly hot sheets & status reports
• Communication and Engagement: You will learn to use the right communication tools at the right time, understand how to communicate & collaborate effectively with client counterparts, internal cross-functional teams, and partner agencies
• Financial Operations: We will train you in the fundamentals of business financials including forecasting, promoting great margins and managing operational processes

Qualifications
• At least 2+ years of agency experience - or - working and/or school experience examples that demonstrate leadership and diligence.
• Organized, interested in seeking out efficiencies, flexible and curious, isn't afraid to share your ideas, meets problems head-on and view them as opportunities, self-reliant and motivated.
• Passion for working on integrated cross-channel campaigns spanning video, social and influencer, digital, print, OOH, radio, website.
• Interest in partnering with many cross-functional teams that span media (planning and strategy), strategy (creative, digital, experience), creative, production, optimization and analytics.
• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects with multiple teams and team members
