Hybrid Position - Associate Attorney - Plaintiff's Law Firm

Plaintiffs Law Firm is seeking a talented attorney with 3-9 years of litigation experience, preferably in California labor and employment law, with a focus on class and representative actions. We will also consider a candidate with habitabiltiy experience.
Responsibilities include:
(1) Drafting complaints;
(2)Law and motion work;
(3) Propounding and responding to discovery;
(4) Taking and Defending depositions;
(5) Preparing mediation briefs;
(6) Preparing Motions for Preliminary Approval and Motions for Final Approval;

Pay range $130,000 to $250,000 annually, plus bonuses, 401k, and health insurance benefits.
