General Statement of Responsibilities:
As a Foster Care Marketing Liaison, you will Provide oversight, supervision and management of clinical services programs and staff providing treatment services to clients. Oversee all aspects of service delivery for clinical programs. Assist with budgeting, marketing, hiring and supervising staff.
Position Duties:
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.
- Assign caseloads and assist with identifying hiring needs.
- Provide orientation and training to staff
- Assist in the planning and implementation of the annual strategic plan
- Conduct staff meetings
- Review and ensure clinical documentation are complete and submitted in established timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and mission of the Company
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Child and Adolescent development/needs/behavior
- Treatment planning and implementation, reviewing, and updating of Person-Centered Plans.
- Expanded principles of psychology, social work, juvenile justice and other social sciences
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in project management, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-driven mindset that emphasizes the achievement of organizational goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and pivot strategies based on data insights.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE CREDENTIALS:
Master's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or a Social Services related major
