Hybrid - Corporate Income Tax Senior Accountant

Overview

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking an experienced tax accountant needed to join the Corporate Income Tax team of a Fortune 500 Company. The position provides excellent benefits and opportunity for growth. Candidates must be highly organized and detail oriented. To be considered you must have at least a Bachelors in Accounting.

Duties

Preparation of Federal; State Income tax returns, extensions and quarterly estimates Utilize various tax and legal research tools Preparation of tax provisions applying ASC 740  Ability to identify issues and propose solutions Prepare general tax research memorandums

Education

Bachelor degree in Accounting required

Experience

2-4 years of experience in public accounting or Corporate Income Tax environment

Ability to work independently Strong organizational and project management Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required Excellent communication skills Ability to meet deadlines

Additional Information

CPA license a plus Experience with new technology (Alteryx, Macros, Power Query) a plus Ability to interpret legal documents
