Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid
Key Position Highlights:
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits – no need to worry about client/staff cancellations impacting on your pay!
Monday to Friday schedule (9:00am – 6:00pm) – no weekends or late nights!
Hybrid work setting, where you can flex your time for personal appointments during the day, etc. without having to use precious PTO
Small caseloads- clients assigned based on number of approved BCBA hours for, mostly, full-time early intervention clients clients.

25 billable hours per week
ABA Collective’s behavior therapists are full-time employees who have consistent 1:1 therapy schedules, which will allow you ample opportunities to provide supervision sessions for your clients and team members

Overview:
ABA Collective is a BCBA-owned organization that provides in-home ABA services for children ages 1-13 years in northern New Jersey.
ABA Collective is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to oversee clients’ in-home and community-based ABA programs in northern NJ.
Clients are in Bergen, Hudson, Essex and Passaic counties.
This role will offer BCBAs the option for a hybrid (remote/in-home) work setting – supervision sessions and assessment/re-assessment sessions will be delivered in-person and treatment planning, report writing, and other non-client-facing responsibilities (e.g., responding to family emails; holding virtual caregiver training when appropriate, collaboration of care meetings) can be completed remotely or in the ABA Collective office, if preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain treatment plans of a small client caseload
Serve as a primary contact for caregivers and team members.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Modify and update client treatment plans on an ongoing basis.
Coordinate care of clients across all relevant service providers
Consult with the Clinical Director and Director of Operations related to challenges faced with families we serve.
Maintain weekly contact with Clinical Director to discuss client progress or ongoing clinical programs and problem solving.
Develop your own supervision, family training, and treatment planning schedule based on clients’ authorized hours and clinical need.
Provide in-person supervision and training to team members.
Provide caregiver training.
Complete clinical documentation as required by funders (e.g., supervision notes, progress reports)
Provide positive and corrective feedback to all team members as needed.
Assist with staff evaluations.
Comply with HIPAA requirements.
BCBA Qualifications:
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Must be qualified to supervise BACB fieldwork experience candidates or be willing to obtain qualification. (We will help you train for this)
Must have experience working with toddlers and young children.
Must have the ability to get up and down off the floor, run, jump, and engage in active play with young children
Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, run, and engage in various other activities necessary to work hands-on with children between 18 months and 12 years old.
Must have a Valid Driver License
Must have reliable transportation.
Experience working in homes and with insurance funding sources, preferred

Experience: An understanding of early learner skills/goals/curriculum; knowledge of Central Reach; knowledge of skill-based and behavioral assessments
