What you will DO:
- Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, ductwork, vents, condensation drainage.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
- Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
What you NEED:
- Minimum 3 years as an HVAC Service Technician
- Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Physical dexterity
- Sales experience a plus
What You’re Requirements Are:
- 5 years of Relative residential experience
- Sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Universal EPA Certification Required
- Flexible availability
- Written and verbal communication skills
What YOU will do:
- Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
- Run service calls – repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
- Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement
- Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed
