Job Description: We are seeking talented and motivated HVAC Service to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a key role in providing top-notch service and maintenance to our clients. Whether you are starting your career or have extensive industry experience, we have opportunities for growth and advancement.

What we need done:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, identifying and recommending necessary repairs or replacements.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Adhere to quality checklists to ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Conduct system testing and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and efficient records of service activities, including work performed, materials used, and hours spent.
• Stay updated with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
• Educate customers on available annual maintenance loyalty plans.
• Maintain clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.

Who we are looking for:

Maintenance Tech:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance or trade school.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• RMGA and EPA Certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.

HVAC Service Technician:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC maintenance and Service Technician.
• RMGA, EPA and NATE Certifications preferred.
• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing common to complex HVAC issues.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and energy management.
• Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and train junior technicians.
• Ability to turn over relevant leads to Comfort Advisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
