Summary/Objective: Responsible for performing HVAC service, maintenance, and warranty work requests. Our HVAC Service Technicians must be exceptional; delivering the most efficient, highest quality customer experiences in residential HVAC repair and maintenance. You will be a part of a dynamic and passionate team demonstrating technical competency and ensuring desired monthly sales goals. You will sell service agreements and accessory items, and will recommend replacement systems as appropriate.
Excellent Compensation- $80-150k (hourly + commission)

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years (residential / commercial?) HVAC experience
- Must be able to lift 100 lb. air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR
