DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform duties at the “Green Team” level of a ready to work positive attitude
- Create and present home energy improvement recommendations to homeowner’s in-person at their home.
- Selling our products and services, and meeting company standards of selling success percentage expectations.
- Understand and capably present financing option
- Actively following up on all sales leads and customer requests.
- Provide excellent customer service the “Green Team’ way.
- Owning the Sale from start to finish, for 5 star reviews and referral. Your customer is your friend as well.
- Compensation is 100% commission that is earned once the job is completely paid for.
- Sales Representatives run a blend of self generated referrals created from existing customers you have helped, marketed leads, tech turn leads and training visits.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team to ensure superior customer satisfaction and positive working environment.
- Weekly / Daily team energize collaborations.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must live the “Green Team’s” core values of Integrity, Respect, Compassion, Punctuality, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, and Accountability.
- Be ready to learn the “Greener Solutions Green Team” proven way to educate and promote our company and services.
- In home sales a plus in any industry.
- Solar sales perform well.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience required.
- Proven record of maintaining and exceeding sales goals.
- Passionate about closing the deal with providing exceptional customer service.
- Amazing attitude and communication skills.
- Satisfactory passing mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record a must.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk and hear
- Regularly required to lift and/or move objects 10 -20 lbs
- Regularly required to ascend/descend ladders and balance and carry the ladders
- Information gathering in many areas of the homes, IE attics, roofs, inside, outside, and under houses at times.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
Salary: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year / Commission

Experience:
- In-Home Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Previous solar or service Sales Representatives do well in this job.
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson)
