Job description

At Envirosafe we are seeking to hire a well-organized and motivated sales representative. This representative must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This individual must be open minded and be able to accept feedback from their superiors. Attention to detail is imperative in this role, not only for the field aspects but as well as for the computer/processing aspect of this position. We will provide coaching and the tools that you need to be to perform your job duties.

Common Job Duties

  • Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized quote to fix the issue at hand.
  • Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC systems
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
  • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
  • Follow-up with prior clients to ask for referrals
  • Overcome technical and financial objections of prospective customers
  • Emphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing options
  • Prepare sales orders for jobs sold
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Participate in various sales activities to support the growth of the company

Requirements

Candidates must have:
  • A minimum 7 years experience in the trade
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to treat our customers with the utmost respect.
  • A deep understanding of heating, AC, and IAQ equipment and HVAC system designs
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow
  • The ability to express the utmost respect with the time in our client's home
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work late when the job at hand requires it
