We are looking for a reliable Sales Representative to be a leader and the heartbeat to our HVAC Sales Department.
POSITION SUMMARY
The HVAC Residential Sales Representativeis the liaison for communicating between customers and team members. Their main duties include:
· In Home HVAC Sales.
· New Construction (Custom Homes) Sales.
· Ability to build relationships.
· Ability to capture data through instruments (air flow testing & analysis, temp recording).
· Receiving customer work orders, prioritizing, and scheduling job installs.
· Familiar with how to perform heat load calculations.
· Have an understanding of HVAC Equipment and the installation process.
· Personal skills (ability to talk face to face); Enjoy talking to people.
· Continually improve sales skills and HVAC product knowledge to promote a professional image in field.
· Follow professional development plan to accomplish individual goals.
· Company provided laptop, iPad, iPhone, company apparel.

· GIVING BACK: Focused on our LOCAL community and giving back. Involved with DONATING company time and effort to local charities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer phones, using telephones, text messages, message boards and customer software to contact employees and customers.
- Creating HVAC Quotes, WOs, and estimates.
- Preparing daily sales calls & schedules.
- Coordinate closed job turnovers from sales to operation team.
- Maintain project schedule and status to completion.
- Communicate and schedule with customers.
- Regular communication with technicians, HVAC Coordinator, Project Supervisor, and Owner.
- Other tasks and projects, as needed.
- Self-Motivator, ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
- Problem solving, leadership and listening skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- High school diploma; college diploma a plus!
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean back ground.
- 3 years HVAC sales or service experience, or equivalent training and experience; experience in HVAC industry strongly preferred.
- Driven and passionate about our company vision, developing our team, and serving our customers.
- Highly organized and diligent
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, quick learner
- Exceptional active listening skills, and verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
- Flexibility to varying situations, schedules and surprise circumstances (which involves working nights/weekends to better service our customers)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of smartphones, mobile applications, VoIP phones, computers, printers, copiers, and modern office technology
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to drive a vehicle and small trailer.
- Able to perform occasional manual labor or hauling material & equipment.
- Ability to crawl through attics, climb ladders.
- Must be able to work on a computer or tablet.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
