Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge of HVAC fundamentals to repair and install HVAC systems to meet estimated deadlines
- Consult with customers regarding complaints and offer solutions to benefit the customer
- Enrich customer relationships to ensure every customer is satisfied and opportunities are fully maximized
- Take ownership of being the subject matter expert in your skilled trade and share this knowledge with the team
- Actively communicate with Senior Leadership on areas of opportunity for growth and improvement
- Uphold company standards and values by being an advocate for the company and the team
Requirements:
- Experience in your craft is a MUST!
- In-Depth knowledge of Service/Commercial HVAC Systems
- Positive energy and drive to achieve goals
- Ability to navigate through various software systems
