Job Description
Pay Scale: $24 - $35
Work Type: New construction and retrofit - light commercial and residential
Job duties: installing and retrofitting HVAC equipment (Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, PTAC's, and RTU) and duct work to the company standard of workmanship.
Work Hours: Four 10's (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Monday - Thursday with optional opportunities for overtime on Friday.
Our scheduling allows our installers to have the work life balance that is often missing in the HVAC construction trade.

We are looking to continue expanding our installation department to include one or two reliable people who are looking to further their career in the HVAC industry and want to grow with the company and not be "just" an installer. The ideal candidate doesn't have to have experience as a lead but must be able to work independently.

Required Qualifications:
- Must have all hand tools required to preform job duties.
- Proficient in installing round and rectangular duct
- The ability to move quickly, safely, and efficiently while performing job duties.
- Able to measure ductwork and install equipment and accessories. (Measuring and fabricating transitions are not necessary but, must be willing to learn)
- Basic understanding of sheet metal fittings
- Can complete simple low voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers and air conditioners.
- Braze and test line sets
- PVC venting, including equivalent length calculations
- Able to charge condensers and heat pumps
- Unassisted equipment removal
- Install gas piping to furnaces and other gas fired appliances as necessary.
- Able to work independently and think ahead to be ready for tomorrow and the following days.
