Looking to join the best HVAC team in St. Cloud, FL? We are looking for a skilled, motivated HVAC installer. We work and operate as a family. We want someone that works well with others, wants to grow and always has a positive attitude. We offer extensive training, breakfast every Friday, Quarterly team events outside of work, Inhouse training in our onsite training lab, paid offsite training, paid Holidays, best culture around and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Complete HVAC installs
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time card

Requirements:Minimum of 2 years as lead installer with experience including hands on training and or work is preferred

• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Lennox and Daikin knowledge is a plus!
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• High end residential equipment knowledge is a plus!
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
• Strong desires to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

This Job Is:

• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
