Hvac Installer Helper

This role will be filled by a diligent, and charismatic individual with little to 5 years construction experience who has a passion to learn HVAC installation procedures and provide top-notch service while catering to our customers. Installer will report directly to a lead installer. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to quickly advance in responsibilities and corresponding higher compensation. The installer is responsible for ensuring that every job is done as directed by the lead installer. We don't cut corners here at Mediterranean. The ideal candidate has a dedication to quality and is motivated to continue their education in the industry. Mediterranean works with Solar, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service to every customer.
• Read Installation instructions.
• Convey a tone of professionalism and confidence to our customers.
• Adapt to the needs of our customer base.
• Understand customer concerns and address them quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Provide consistent follow through with every customer.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks related to the installation function.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Desire to learn the HVAC trade or has HVAC or other construction experience or Trade School.
• Good English speaking/reading/writing.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish.

Working Conditions:

Primary environment: Jobsite. Occasional weekend or evening work is expected. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. Will require walking, crawling, and climbing ladders throughout the day. Will require reaching above shoulder height, below the waist or lifting to move equipment and material throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting of ductwork, material, and equipment on occasion.
