We are seeking an HVAC Journeyman to join our team as a Residential HVAC Installation Lead Technician in Louisville, KY. As a Residential HVAC Installation Lead Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to residential service calls, installing HVAC equipment, and resolving customer requests. You will also be responsible for promoting our brand and maintaining customer rapport.

Essential Job Functions

• Respond to residential installation calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Installation of HVAC equipment in residential homes
• Resolve customer requests and issues.
• Promote the brand and maintain customer rapport.
• Provide options and solutions to our customers.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman license required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Quality HVAC expert & exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Experience/Education:

• Residential HVAC installation experience
