HVAC Install Coordinator

A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, based in Gainesville, FL, is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Install Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

In this position, you will work from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

With a focus on scheduling jobs, dispatching service technicians, and working closely with project managers, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily dispatch of our technicians. Your strong communication skills will be essential as you maintain clear and concise communications with fellow dispatchers, parts and inventory managers, delivery supervisors, department managers, employees, and customers. You will work closely with our office staff to support the growth and profitability of the installation and service department. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate all install department activities, including permitting and ordering equipment, to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the work calendar and keeping the install team up to date on any changes or adjustments. This position requires exceptional organization and multitasking abilities to effectively manage priorities and ensure that both customers and employees are informed and supported throughout the process.
