DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB
You will work Monday - Friday. There is some weekend availability.
Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and efficiently processing new and existing client service requests. You will also assist in scheduling for customer service, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and exceptional service. Additionally, you will be responsible for field staff dispatching, coordinating service calls and ensuring our technicians are deployed efficiently. Outbound calls will be made to schedule maintenance appointments for our existing customer base. Data entry, invoicing, and filing are also crucial aspects of this role.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone that meets these requirements:
- Experience working in an HVAC office
- Quick learner with phone and clerical experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to interact effectively with other employees
- Basic math and written communication skills
