All Season's Heating & Cooling is seeking a Comfort Advisor/ HVAC Sales. Our Comfort Advisors connect customers with comfort through simple heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements. We have the installation crews available for quick installation, multiple financing options, and the strongest guarantee in the business. Opportunity to grow into Sales Management for the organization.

HVAC Comfort Advisor Responsibilities:
- Ability to build and manage a book of business
- Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs
- Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution
- Follow up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
- Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts, including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
- Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
HVAC Comfort AdvisorRequirements:
- Prior experience selling residential in-home services.
- HVAC experience is required
- Essential: Proven track record in sales
- Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven, highly detailed, and organized
- All candidates must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
