The Position:
HVAC Comfort Advisor
The Purpose:
Comfort Advisor for in-home sales for Pass One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Optimizing unsold estimates and providing solutions to improve customer comfort. Engaging customers with a welcoming and enthusiastic work ethic. Ensuring that customers needs are met, and business goals are exceeded.

We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion to succeed. Previous sales experience is REQUIRED but knowledge of hvac is not mandatory. Duties would include evaluating customer needs, creating proposals, assisting with financing options and making sure our customers have a wonderful experience.
Leads are set by our Customer Care Representatives and technicians in the field so no cold calling. We will provide the necessary training and tools to assist our customers in making the best decisions for their hvac needs. FLEXIBLE HOURS WILL BE BASED UPON OUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS, WITH EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS COMMON.
Job Type: Full-time
Regular Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year (includes salary and commission draw)

The Position:
HVAC Comfort Advisor
The Purpose:
Comfort Advisor for in-home sales for Pass One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Optimizing unsold estimates and providing solutions to improve customer comfort. Engaging customers with a welcoming and enthusiastic work ethic. Ensuring that customers needs are met, and business goals are exceeded.
The Responsibilities:
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
- Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue
- Provide expert advice to clients on the latest HVAC technology and trends, as well as guidance on system maintenance and repair
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
- Must be able to access crawl spaces and attics regularly.
- Associates Degree and/or similar (preferred)
- Clean background and driving record (required)
- Dispatch/Management/Home Service industry experience (preferred)
- Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; or As Needed to cooperate with customers needs and schedules.
- Frequent weekends required (Saturday/Sunday)
