Hvac Apprentice - 1777774

Looking for a motivated, energetic, and passionate person to learn the heating and air conditioning trade. We are looking for someone with customer service skills to learn a skill in a high-demand field. HVAC Apprentices at our company can potentially earn up to $100,000 per year once they have proper experience and training. You will be eligible for commissions and incentives once on your own and pay is evaluated twice per year so you can increase your pay quickly. You would shadow a technician for up to 6 months or until you and your supervisor, both agree you are proficient, competent, and responsible enough to run service calls and maintenance calls on your own.

Responsibilities

• Complete equipment planned maintenance with guidance.
• Track material to re-stock the vehicle.
• Keep customer's home clean and safe while working there.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance.
• Work overtime when needed to stay on schedule.
• Provide your own hand tools and refrigerant gauges once you are completing calls by yourself.
• Maintain Company tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and groomed personal appearance.
• Communicate well with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

Job requirements

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Mechanically inclined
• Valid clean Driver's License
• Be willing to work late and on weekends as needed
• Pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Honest, reliable, responsible person with a good work ethic
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Must live within a reasonable distance from our office
• EPA Certification is ideal
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
