Job Description
- Must be available to work a minimum of 28 hours up to 40 hours a week.
- Minimum of 2 years in-field experience with HVAC and Refrigeration
- Preferred knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment.
- Must be able to provide reliable vehicles.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.

- Collaborates with other facilities personnel on various projects.
- Responds to maintenance requests from stores in a timely fashion.
- Performs regular property inspections.
- Advises store managers on a variety of technical engineering issues.
- Available on a 24-hour basis for scheduled on-call shifts to address building emergencies
- Reports to Facilities Director, Facilities Manager and other members of the Director team.
