In this position... 


The High Voltage Battery CVM Testing Build Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with engineers and managing the daily workplans for thermal propagation pack testing, bench array testing, and other testing needs related to HV battery CVM strategy development. This on-site role is very important to the ensuring a fast-paced and smooth management of CVM testing and validation activities.

 

What you'll do...

  • Lay out complete workplans for building CVM Devices Under Test (DUT's) that will ultimately undergo destructive testing to meet program targets and deliverables.
  • Work with Systems and component engineers to ensure test plans and timing are aligned with program deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day build setup of all CVM DUT builds.
  • Use Microsoft Project to guide, track, and manage the building of DUT's.
  • Manage CVM part inventory and procure parts as needed.
  • Allocate and assign lab technicians to build CVM DUT's according to plan.
  • Daily report-out of daily plans to senior management.
  • Work with appropriate lab supervisors for OT allocation of technicians as needed for build plan management. 
  • Manage post-test data processing by working with appropriate Test Engineers.

You'll have... 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • Must have clear communication skills

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Part procurement experience
  • Automotive experience
  • HV battery experience
