Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in:
- Human Services,
- Mental health counseling,
- Social work,
- Marriage and family therapy, or
- A closely related field.
- Job Description:
- Maintain full-time teaching load.
- Collaborate with the Dean of Health Sciences to develop and implement budget planning, grants, supplies, and all expenses related to the program.
- Responsible for curriculum development, evaluation, and revision. Evaluate textbooks and review adoptions.
- Prepare and implement program strategic plans.
- Establish program policies and procedures.
- Mentor students through every phase of the program.
- Maintain documentation for program national accreditation.
- Prepare the comprehensive self-study and reaccreditation document every five years.
- Responsible for hiring and managing adjunct faculty and clinical supervisors.
- Approve hours and expenses for clinical supervisors. Report faculty load points.
- Responsible for creating course schedules every semester.
- Prefer applicants with:
- Applicants trained in Human Services and interdisciplinary methods and approaches.

- Pay Rate:
- A faculty member shall be assigned to the appropriate salary grade based on the contract with the faculty union.
Grade 2: Master’s Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the field $49,922.71
Grade 2+:Master’s Degree with 30 graduate semester hours in the field $52,479.32
Grade 1: Earned Doctor in major field $55,037.06
