ESSENTIAL DUTIES FOR HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST:
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
- Organize and maintain employee records
- Supervise new employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation, and conduct orientation session.
- Schedule job interviews, contact, and screen candidates
- Responding to emails and calls on behalf of the department
- Assist with employee scheduling and time keeping
- Gather staffing needs from the VP of operations
- Assist on Human resources Projects

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership ability
- Ability to function independently and with team members effectively
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
QUALIFICATIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST:
- Acceptable Criminal Background Check
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field OR 2 years of relatable experience. (preferred)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now Preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Flexible schedule to work outside of business hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
