The Human Resources Internship at our Dallas Central Office is not a “go get coffee” Internship, we want to give you a preview of what it could be like to work for OBE full-time. This is a starting point for an awesome learning experience with a great company. You will be surrounded by motivated individuals who want you to grow and learn. We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

Here’s What You’ll Get To Do
- Work on multiple HR deliverables simultaneously
- Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks
- Review OBE recognition/reward programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Enhance on-boarding program
- Participate in recruiting initiatives including building a stronger social media presence
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.
- Self-motivated individual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team or independently.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
