Job Functions / Responsibilities
This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limited to:
- Assist in scheduling and leading engagement activities and initiatives for 2023 Intern program.
- Review research studies and industry benchmarking on enhancements to track progress and gaps toward diversity & inclusion.
- Job description research and update.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Research and recommend at least one Recruiting Marketing action.
- Partner with other HR Intern(s) on joint project.
