Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. - Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. - Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate HR records and data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. - Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.

This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
