What to Know:
- Compensation of up to $22/hr
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the office
- OT is provided after 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding procedures by addressing new hire inquiries, coordinating I-9/CORI verifications, and sending calendar invitations with required IDs for on-site visits
- Ensure compliance and timely completion of onboarding documentation on the Xenqu platform, including processing paperwork such as tax documents, employee contracts, and nondisclosure agreements
- Manage new hire integration by providing relevant training links, login information, and connecting them with IT personnel for hardware and software setup
- Administer necessary paperwork and materials for employees to commence tasks, including delivering presentations and demonstrations
- Actively address employee questions, ensuring understanding of payroll, company policies, and position requirements
Qualifications:
- 6 months experience in an office setting
- Able to commute to Boston, MA for five days
