Sentar is seeking a Human Resources Specialist III in Fort Meade, MD!
Role Description:
- Administrative support for J1 Civilian manpower and personnel support functions to include the writing, editing, review, updating, and maintaining of Government civilian job descriptions and classifications.
- Develop, edit, review, update, and maintain Government Civilian job descriptions and classification standards.
- Review all HQ USCYBERCOM J-Directorates’ inputs for civilian personnel positions, ensure that position skill codes, and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) are included.
- Coordinate and facilitate classification review for civilian position descriptions.
- Provide administrative and substantive documentary support for the Command’s civilian personnel recruitment and hiring efforts.
- Provide administrative and substantive documentary support for the Command’s civilian personnel on-boarding and integration program.
- Provide administrative and substantive documentary support for the Command’s personnel awards and decoration program.
- Provide administrative and substantive documentary support for the Command’s intern program.
- Coordinate and provide quantitative assessment of status and progress toward achieving manpower and personnel performance objectives.
- Coordinate and support civilian personnel and manpower planning efforts.
- Initiate and make recommendations to Government Leadership on civilian personnel management-relevant process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness and on new product/service offerings to enhance support to the J1 IAW Personnel Qualification Standard CDRL B023.
- Provide a weekly written Progress, Status and Management Report IAW CDRLC002 summarizing specific tasks completed/deliverables provided and a brief synopsis of ongoing work that had not yet resulted in a completed deliverable.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Business, Human Resources, or related discipline is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Officer and/or Specialist is required.
Requires a TS/SCI with CI poly.
