Human Resources Job Responsibilities:
Maintains and enhances the company’s Human Resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and Human Resources policies, programs, and practices.
Job Duties:
- Maintain employee staff by recruiting, testing, and interviewing candidates; conduct exit interviews
- Conduct orientation and training
- Process employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
- Input employee time and attendance records
- Maintain employee benefits programs – Insurance and Retirement
- Process Certified Payroll as required
- Implements human resource federal and state requirements
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of Human Resources
