Overview:

Responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance within the Human Resources program in a classified environment with multiple sub-contractors, partners, technologies, systems, and services.

Responsibilities:

• Work within current business processes to provide technical and administrative support to Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development, and/or Compensation & Benefits project teams
• Work to coordinate and meet deliverable deadlines
• Conduct analysis, and research in support of projects
• Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR)
• Prepare presentations

Qualifications:

• TS SCI Clearance
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years in HR or Administrative role
• Solid MS Office skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Desired Years Related Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with HR software preferred (Yello, Hand-Shake, HireVue)
