We're looking for a dedicated Human Resource Manager!
Job Type: Onsite (Full Time)
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, Los Angeles, California
Responsibilities and Key Activities:
- Partners with the warehouse leadership team and region leaders to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Leads talent acquisition in warehouse teams for hourly and salaried hires (recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation) and ensures talent needs are met based on business requirements
- Sourcing/negotiating/contracting/managing staffing agencies, and working out unified rules and templates across the country, ensuring daily work in compliance and staffing costs in control
- Collaborate with the warehouse leadership team, takes the lead of the whole performance management process, including objectives setting, performance review/communication, and performance improvement
- Collaborates with the warehouse leadership team and IT team in designing/optimizing internal process and labor force system to improve overall organizational efficiency
- Assists in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization and proposes HR activities that support company’s culture and employee engagement)
- Ensure compliance with the organization’s practices with applicable labor legislation and collective labor agreements. Provides advice to managers and ensures uniform interpretation of Labor laws.
- Secure professional legal support from internal or external legal counsel as needed
- Promotes diversity, and fair treatment regardless of the origin and beliefs.
Qualifications:
- Human Resource graduate or College degree or 5-10+ years of HR working experience
- Hands-on HR experience in the logistics industry
- Understand California labor laws and American labor relations
