ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is the largest and most comprehensive ear, nose, throat, allergy and audiology practice in the nation with 55 offices and over 220 physicians. Each ENT and Allergy Associates clinical location provides access to a full complement of services, including General Adult and Pediatric ENT, Voice and Swallowing, Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, Disorders of the Inner Ear and Dizziness, Asthma, Clinical Immunology, Diagnostic Audiology, Hearing Aid dispensing, and CT Services.
JOB SUMMARY:
As the Human Resources Manager of Employee Relations, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a positive and productive work environment by managing all aspects of Employee Relations. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director, Employee Relations, your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance Employee Relations by developing and implementing strategies that promote effective communication, conflict resolution, and a culture of collaboration. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including department heads and employees, to address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations
- Oversee investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and disputes, maintaining confidentiality, impartiality throughout the process and ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Provide coaching to managers on performance management, staff development, and effective problem resolution strategies.
- Take a leadership role in handling conflict resolution among staff and management, fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Draft and deliver expectation memos, written warnings, and performance improvement plans ensuring clear communication of performance expectations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive system to track and measure Employee Relations issues, enabling data-driven decision-making and proactive management strategies.
- Oversee termination process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, including the preparation of employee separation notices, termination letters, and related documentation.
- Policy and Compliance
- Collaborate with the HR team and legal to develop, review, and update company policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide guidance for interpreting, applying and clarification of company policies and procedures.
- Manage unemployment claims, attending hearings across office regions. Collaborate with managers to prepare testimony, ensuring effective participation at hearings, and oversee the preparation of statements and correspondence.
Performance Management
- Work closely with managers to address performance-related concerns, providing guidance and support in the development of performance improvement plans.
- Review performance evaluations and communicate with managers/supervisors regarding revisions or concerns.
- Ensure timely completion of performance reviews.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven track record of managing complex Employee Relations issues and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations and strong foundation in HR practices, Employee Relations, and policy implementation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 plus year end discretionary bonus , car allowance, monthly cell phone reimbursement, mileage reimbursement
