Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a key strategic partner in organizational development.
- Drive initiatives to cultivate a positive and productive company culture.
- Lead process development and implementation to streamline HR functions and support business objectives.
- Organizational Development:
- Develop and implement strategies for organizational structure and growth.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct regular assessments of organizational needs and employee satisfaction.
- Core HR Functions:
- Manage all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other benefits.
- Handle the onboarding process for new hires and manage exit procedures for departing employees.
- Culture & Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues with a fair and consistent approach.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
