Our growth is explosive and we are thrilled to be looking for two more dedicated, passionate, and people-focused HR leaders to join our team here in the Chicagoland area.
At Restaurant HR Group, we partner with incredible restaurant brands (of all types and sizes) nationwide and support them (aka do all the “heavy lifting”) with HR, payroll, and benefits administration + compliance, and guide them on employee relations matters.
HR Managers go through a thorough 6-week training/onboarding program and receive on-going support, resources, training, and coaching from our COO and CEO.
Our HR Managers lead the charge when it comes to handling our clients’ HR and payroll. This is an opportunity to truly make a difference and help our clients succeed in operating their restaurants.
WHO AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, payroll, employee relations (in specific HR role or restaurant management or leadership position handling HR)
- An ambitious and self-motivated person that has a positive outlook and attitude
- A proven track record of success with a reputable restaurant brand or company
- High standards and an impressive sense of urgency
- A genuine desire to learn and grow
- The ability to support multiple clients and work with them to build and maintain simple HR, payroll, and benefits systems and processes
- True passion and care for people and a love for the restaurant industry
- The desire and ability to work remote/from home
