```Duties```
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Payroll, processing of timecards/hours, disputes and questions, hiring/firing.
- Overseeing the full scope of Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Implementing and managing HR programs and policies in alignment with the organization's goals.
- Leading senior leadership in strategic HR planning and decision-making.
- Conducting data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Managing employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Implementing change management strategies to support organizational growth and development.
- Utilizing HRIS systems such as Paylocity, Workday, UltiPro, and SAP for efficient HR operations.
```Qualifications```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance management and employee relations.
- Proficiency in utilizing HRIS systems such as Paylocity, Workday, UltiPro, and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership effectively.

Pay: $76,358.00 - $81,121.00 per year
