As a Human Resources Manager, you will:
Work with the General Manager, to create an incredible associate experience and drive initiatives to Make Things Better for our team members.
- Work with hiring managers on recruiting top talent to fill open positions, by creating enticing ads, using community resources, and screening qualified candidates.
- Support General Manager and Area HR Director with employee relations, including but not limited to career development, coaching, and progressive disciplinary actions.
- Accurately and timely process a bi-weekly payroll, using the Paylocity platform, which includes ensuring all gratuities, service charges and deductions are uploaded.
- Drive DEIA initiatives at the property through a monthly team meeting, that supports corporate goals.
- Have a good understanding of the employee benefit process, including the enrollment process, Cobra, and resolution of concerns.
- Work with Director of Engineering, to conduct monthly safety meetings and training for associates. Timely submit any workers compensation claims, and complete required OSHA logs and postings.
- Develop and update job descriptions, as needed for the Inn on Fifth.
- Support and roll out all corporate policies to the team.
- Conduct orientation meetings for new hires

Requirements:You own it if you have....
- A minimum of three experience in a Human Resources leadership role
- Experienced in payroll processing, Paylocity experience is a plus but not required.
- Ensures compliance of all federal, state, and local laws, and company policies regarding employment.
- 1 year of recruiting experience
- Ability to maximize time and manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
- ·Bilingual is a plus.
